Heather’s 5 day routine includes meeting up with her trainer at 7 a.m. for hour long cario and strength training sessions. For her diet she sticks to healthy fruits, veggies, and sushi - although she loves junk food indulgences like french fries and ice cream. Heather says she loves her body and that she’s never felt more confident that right now, “I can honestly say I look better today”.
